This is no ordinary Demi Chef de Partie role. In our state-of-the-art kitchens, you'll prepare classical and contemporary menus for a wide range of events, learning essential skills that will provide stepping stones for a great career.

Joining our accomplished and close-knit team, you’ll work hands-on to deliver food to the very highest standards.

Working with quality ingredients and highly skilled colleagues, you'll develop specific technical skills, rotating through all sections of the kitchen.

Every day will be different. You'll prepare receptions and state dinners, as well as staff lunches.

In an environment where development and training is commonplace, you'll be supported to grow within your role.

And whether you're based at Buckingham Palace or, when required, travelling to another Royal residence, you'll look forward to whatever challenge comes your way.

As you'd expect, standards are exceptionally high here, and every day is busy, so you’ll need to be an ambitious and qualified chef.

You'll have some experience, possibly within a premier kitchen or volume catering, however, this isn't essential. We're more interested in your ability and enthusiasm to deliver across all four sections of kitchen.

Teamwork is everything in the kitchens, and with your strong communication skills and adaptability, you'll enjoy working alongside your colleagues.

Attention to detail is vital too, as is your ability to meet deadlines and make sure food is delivered on time.

Most importantly though, you have a clear passion for food and the catering industry, and will be eager to learn new skills.

You will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a 15% employer contribution pension scheme (with the option for flexibility - to increase contributions or draw down as salary), all meals provided, training and development, as well as a range of recreational facilities. In addition, as this is a live-in role, you will be provided with accommodation, for which your salary will be adjusted.
