It's sending congratulations that are never forgotten.

It's working in a team with a shared and unique purpose, engaging with the public whilst supporting The Queen's role. This is what makes working for The Royal Household so exceptional.

The Anniversaries Team helps to produce congratulatory messages that provide a vital link between The Queen and the public. You'll prepare and send out messages that mean so much to so many people.

Your challenge will be to remain focused whilst processing a large number of requests for messages, ensuring that the right response is delivered at exactly the right time. You'll check eligibility for each query, and using a data entry system, you'll be 100% accurate with every congratulatory message response.

Supporting other areas of the team, you'll also answer varied, and often unique queries, and draft bespoke letters in response to messages sent by the public.

You'll be proud of the impact you will have on members of the public, which will drive you to consistently deliver high standards.

With administration experience, you're already used to meeting high standards of accuracy within strict deadlines. What's more, you'll have great IT skills, swift keyboard skills and ideally experience of database systems.

Detail focused and capable of processing large volumes of information, you're organised and flexible in your approach to your daily work.

Every day you'll use your natural communication skills to help all kinds of people with their enquiries both over the phone and in writing.

You'll be confident drafting letters and maintaining accurate records.

Above all, you'll enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in order to deliver the exceptional.

In return you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a 15% employer contribution pension scheme (with the option for flexibility to increase contributions or draw down as salary) and support for your continued professional development.
