When the doors of Buckingham Palace's glorious State Rooms are opened to the public during the summer hundreds of thousands of people come to visit. Joining our outstanding and very friendly Retail team, you'll make their experience special.

Unveiling the fascinating stories behind the products we offer you'll provide far more than just sales.  You'll enrich your customers' experience by answering their questions, engaging with and informing them, and promoting the other products we offer.

The range of customers you'll serve will be extraordinary, as will the quality of the items you'll sell.

And in all that you do, you’ll aim to deliver a service that is as memorable as your surroundings.

Able to deliver both ambitious sales targets and extraordinary customer service, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You will be friendly and engaging, with an accurate and detail focused approach to your work.

You're also an excellent team player, with the ability to work flexibly and effectively even when things get busy.

Numeracy and a good level of computer literacy are important too. What's more, you're able to think on your feet - a key skill, considering you'll never know who you might serve next.

This is your opportunity to use your customer service skills to deliver the exceptional and experience working as part of a team in a unique and historic setting.

Contract: Fixed-term. Choice of either May to early October 2022 or July to early October 2022. Requests for part-time contracts will be considered with reduced total hours.
