Joining our friendly team based in Windsor Castle Home Park, you'll be responsible for ensuring our team of Warehouse Operatives are able to meet our growing demand of goods. 

Supporting the Warehouse Manager in the delivery of all our operations, including our growing e-commerce section, you'll make sure every order is processed on time, and every customer receives a smooth and efficient service.

You'll be on the ball, reviewing daily orders, processing shipping paperwork, and emailing order confirmations to customers. And as the final point of call, you'll respond to customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise.

What's more, you'll support, inspire and motivate your team to collaboratively meet the highest of standards every time.

You'll already have experience supervising or managing a team, preferably in an e-commerce or stock management environment, and enjoy getting the best out of people.

Your attention to detail and methodical approach means you can be relied upon to meet tight deadlines, even during the busiest times. You'll also have previous experience of relevant IT systems.

You're a logical thinker with initiative and the ability to multitask, allowing you to be flexible in your approach to a varied workload.

An excellent communicator, you're confident engaging with all kinds of people, and able to build effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external colleagues.
