The Security Vetting team manage the vetting procedures for everyone living and working in the Royal residences.

As part of a dedicated and busy team, you'll provide vital administrative support. From organising security clearances to maintaining records, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities that help with the safety and security of this unique organisation.

You'll be the first point of contact for general queries, and with a customer-focused approach you will provide advice on security policy and processes for a variety of colleagues and third-party contractors.

And in a fast-paced environment, you'll analyse systems and compile reports in order to keep the team informed about changes and progress. As well as the day-to-day, you'll help the wider team at events and with a range of projects.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your admin skills to deliver vital work every day, in a unique environment.

Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent, with some previous administration experience, you're already used to meeting high standards of accuracy within strict deadlines.

What's more, you'll have great IT skills, swift keyboard skills and ideally experience of database systems. Along with excellent writing and drafting skills, you're ready to take on this challenge.

Detail focused and capable of processing large volumes of information, you're organised in your approach to a busy daily workload, and able to prioritise often conflicting deadlines.

You have a proactive approach to your work and lots of initiative. You're also a natural communicator, so you'll be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Above all, you'll enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in order to provide an excellent service.
