This is not an everyday administration role. You'll join a dynamic team who are responsible for maintaining world famous buildings with a truly unique history.

No two days will be the same. From liaising with external contractors, to filing, invoicing and collating inventories, you'll provide a wide range of administrative assistance to the London Property team.

You'll act as a central point of contact within the team, managing diaries and distributing correspondence. And by managing the Property Section helpdesk, you'll be the first port of call for queries from across the Household, which will play an important role in providing a high quality service to this diverse organisation.

You'll be faced with challenging deadlines, and every day your work will be integral in the smooth running of operations.

Having already working in an administration or customer service role, you'll be an asset to the team.

At your best working in a team, your excellent communication skills will prove vital, as you’ll be working with a range of different people; from residents to contractors.

Computer literate, you'll be familiar with Microsoft Office tools to help organise and manage a busy workload. And, you'll be able to quickly grasp in-house bespoke systems.

Your initiative will be paramount and you'll have a flexible, can-do attitude. Accuracy and attention to detail will make sure you can handle high volumes of information, without losing your focus.
