Permanent
£23,000.00
37.5 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday

It’s knowing you’re the reason our exhibitions are attracting the crowds.

It’s getting involved in a wide variety of marketing activities. And it’s ensuring that the Royal Collection and Palaces are valued and enjoyed by everyone. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

The Royal Collection is unique in both quality and diversity, and The Queen’s official residencies in London, Windsor and Edinburgh have fascinating histories and stories that draw in millions of people every year.

Our Marketing Team delivers compelling campaigns to encourage visitors to our Royal residences, as well as inspiring wider awareness of everything Royal Collection Trust has to offer. Join this vibrant and welcoming team, and support multiple consumer marketing campaigns across our sites.

The skills you’ll gain will be vast, covering marketing activities from planning through to execution and evaluation. You’ll learn how to make every campaign exciting and appealing to consumers, while keeping to our brand and reinforcing the charitable aims of Royal Collection Trust.

Overseeing the creation and distribution of materials for a variety of mediums, you’ll research imagery, undertake copywriting and proof-reading, and liaise closely with external designers and printers.

You’ll also be involved in season benchmarking surveys and other research and evaluation activities.

From upcoming exhibitions at The Queen’s Galleries, engaging events and special visitor days, to new Royal Collection Trust publications and product ranges in our shops, you’ll aim to attract wider audiences for everything you promote.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you'll already have some experience in consumer marketing and will be looking to broaden your experience further. Previous experience working with external agencies would be an advantage.

You're highly organised, so you can effectively plan, prioritise and consistently deliver quality work, often to tight deadlines.

With a real eye for detail, you have exceptional written communication skills, and always aim for perfect accuracy in all that you do.

Methodical and analytical, you're also confident interpreting and writing reports on market research data.

Beyond this creativity is key, and you'll have a flair for design and/or typography, perhaps with an interest in the arts.

You’re also a natural communicator, specific and clear in style, so you’ll work well with a variety of people with different skills and expertise.

Finally, you’re a real team player with an enthusiastic attitude, and you’ll always adapt to support your colleagues, taking advantage of every opportunity along the way.

This is your opportunity to hone your skills, working in a truly unique organisation to deliver the exceptional.
