You’ll join the central Retail team during the summer period, when our shops across our London, Windsor and Edinburgh sites are at their busiest.

And you’ll be part of making sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time.

You'll help guarantee all our shops have the stock required to meet not only our visitor's needs, but also our budgets and sales targets.

Working closely with the Merchandising Assistant, you’ll grow your knowledge and skills.

Liaising with suppliers and other departments, you’ll check product orders, process invoices and handle varied queries, all to which will help us keep to our tight deadlines.

You’ll also support our eCommerce Department by keeping customer details accurate and up-to-date on our systems.

And you’ll gain a breadth of experience providing wider support to the Retail Department, assisting with a variety of activities. In all you do, you’ll be helping ensure we deliver customers a service they won’t forget.

You’ll have some previous admin experience, ideally within a retail environment.

What’s more important however are your quick and accurate numeracy skills. Along with an excellent attention to detail, you’ll be able to handle high volumes of information without losing your focus.

Computer literate, you'll be familiar with Microsoft Office and able to quickly grasp in-house bespoke systems.

Your good organisation skills will mean you'll be able to flex and prioritise a busy workload to meet multiple deadlines,

Friendly and personable, with excellent communication skills, you’ll be confident liaising with a range colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis.
