Joining the team responsible for event, hospitality and catering operations across the Royal residences, you'll take on a role of unique variety.

Working at the heart of our organisation, you'll provide comprehensive EA and business support to our Chief Operations Officer, the Deputy Master of the Household.

You'll prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment, handling multiple requests and, correspondence alongside travel arrangements and changing diaries.

As a key point of contact for the team, you’ll liaise daily at a senior level, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and external organisations.

You’ll also plan and co-ordinate various meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, documents and reports wherever needed, all of which will grow your expertise and knowledge.

You’ll be vital support to the delivery of our busy and complex annual programme, and will be involved in some truly unique events. This, along with the many opportunities to learn and grow, will inspire you to deliver.

 

With previous experience in providing administrative support to a senior level you’ll be ready to hit the ground running in a new and dynamic environment.

You'll have superb interpersonal and communication skills, and will be at ease working as part of a collaborative team and liaising with people at all levels. With good judgement, resilience, sensitivity and a willingness to help others, you'll quickly become a trusted and indispensable member of the team.

With excellent planning and organisational skills, and experience of strategic diary management, you’ll be able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. What’s more, you’ll be able to adapt quickly to changing plans, taking initiative to make decisions in the moment, even when things get busy.

Confident using a range of IT packages, alongside exceptional attention to detail and strong written skills, you’ll always produce faultless work of quality.
