It's developing skills that will help shape our future

It's feeling inspired to deliver to the very highest standards. And it's joining the professional business behind the monarchy. This is what makes a career with the Royal Household so special.

As you would expect from an accredited Investor in People, our learning and development offering provides exceptional support to this unique and diverse organisation, and is consistently praised by our employees.

Managing a small team of talented Learning and Development professionals within our HR team, you'll oversee dynamic day-to-day learning operations.

Although our core learning and leadership development programmes are well established, there is always room for improvement. You'll work with the Head of Learning and Development to look forward, making a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the function.

Digitally enabled learning is at the very forefront of our approach. You'll play a pivotal role in helping to shape and expand this. With passion and expertise, you'll support the implementation of a new e-learning system, as well as designing and delivering e-learning content for a range of development needs.

With personal development at the centre of everything you do, you'll work across the organisation to oversee "top down" and "bottom up" training needs analysis. You’ll design and deliver individual and team interventions, commission delivery partners, ensure participation through a blended approach, and also evaluate our results.

And as you support others, you'll have exceptional opportunities to grow your own career. We don't stand still here; and your ideas will make an impact at the heart of our world-famous institution.

Degree educated with a relevant qualification and well-rounded experience, ideally gained in a number of industries; you're the professional we need.

With experience of the full learning cycle, including management and leadership development, you'll have the skills to deliver a range of programmes as well as working with third parties.

And with further strong experience of online learning platforms and systems, you'll have the creativity and technical expertise to help achieve our digital ambitions.

As a confident communicator and natural collaborator, you'll be able to hit the ground running, building effective working relationships and credibility at all levels.

A capable people manager and coach, you're able to lead, develop and inspire an ambitious team.

Organised, pro-active and with lots of initiative, you'll know how to juggle a varied workload, effectively balancing strategic and operational priorities.

What's more, with great awareness you can adapt your approach with ease, finding effecting solutions to each situation.

An internal customer champion, with agility and resourcefulness, you'll look to continually review and improve the delivery of Learning and Development’s services.
