The Royal Travel Office is a small team tasked with providing travel solutions of the highest standard and logistical support to all parts of the Royal Household.

You’ll research, identify and plan the most efficient travel options. With responsibility for arranging employee travel, as well as distributing daily travel schedules, you’ll support the busy operations of the Royal Household.

Liaising with experts from within the organisation and beyond, you’ll consider budgets, safety, security and sustainability to develop detailed travel plans ahead of UK and overseas visits, ensuring they run seamlessly every time.

Deadlines will often be demanding and the pace will stretch you, yet you'll rise to the challenge and will be proud of the part you play.

An exceptional administrator with experience and practical knowledge of the travel industry is essential. Experience of logistics planning is highly desirable.

With high levels of attention to detail and fantastic time management skills, you’ll be confident co-ordinating complex travel schedules.  

With lots of initiative, you're able to think ahead to anticipate issues and you're able to think on your feet, applying sound judgement as well as your technical expertise to resolve problems, even under pressure.

You have a strong customer focus, diplomacy and outstanding interpersonal skills, and can quickly build effective working relationships at all levels to ensure high standards of passenger satisfaction.

You're at your best when working as part of a small team, you'll bring a flexible approach making you a real asset to the Royal Travel Office.
