It's inspiring the team to deliver an outstanding visitor experience.

It’s the collaboration and the community spirit. And it’s helping millions enjoy magnificent buildings and beautiful art. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

When the doors of Buckingham Palace’s glorious State Rooms are opened to the public each August and September, hundreds of thousands of people come to visit. Our outstanding and friendly summer team help visitors enjoy magnificent buildings and works of art at The Queen's Gallery and Royal Mews, as well as Buckingham Palace.

Supporting the Duty Managers with the day-to-day operations for the Summer Opening of the State Rooms, you'll ensure the delivery of an exceptional visitor experience.

Whether you're overseeing the visitor route, co-ordinating staffing levels, or monitoring performance, you'll support and motivate the team to meet the highest of standards every time.

You'll also provide vital administrative support to our team, and will be a key point of contact for Team Leaders, answering their questions throughout the day.

No two days will be the same, and you'll liaise closely with a range of people across the organisation to ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations during the Summer Opening.

And, in everything you do, you’ll aim for the highest possible levels of visitor care and security.

Friendly, outgoing and an outstanding team player, you'll already have experience supervising teams in a busy, visitor-based environment, and you enjoy getting the best out of people.

With previous administrative experience and an organised approach, you're comfortable managing a varied workload, and can be relied upon to work flexibly and effectively, even when things get busy.

You're also a great communicator, confident engaging with all kinds of people.

Above all, you know what it takes to create the kind of customer experience that leaves a lasting and positive impression.

This is your opportunity to use your supervisory skills and passion for visitor care to deliver the exceptional.
