40 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Sunday

Situated on the edge of the Home Park, The Windsor Farm Shop is a thriving enterprise supplying a wide range of high quality produce from the Royal Estates and local producers. There is also an on-site coffee shop popular with shoppers and locals alike.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in Butchery.

Assisting with the day-to-day running of the butchery, you will work as part of a small team, delivering the highest level of customer service. You will ensure food on display is rotated and labelled correctly, and make sure the counters are full and appealing to customers.

As a Trainee Butcher you will complete a sponsored NQV (or equivalent), gaining practical skills and knowledge in Butchery. You will learn how to cut, de-bone and prepare meat ready for sale for the customers.

From promoting new products to monitoring stock levels, you will grow to understand the customer's needs and how a successful Butchery is run.

You'll be keen to learn and develop your skills in Butchery and achieve an NVQ qualification.

With previous retail experience, you will enjoy interacting with our wide range of customers and providing the highest level of customer service.

You'll have a flexible and pro-active approach to work and be keen to develop within a busy and supportive team environment.

With an eye for detail, you will be confident in monitoring stock levels and adhering to food hygiene regulations.
