Working at the heart of these teams, you'll be an integral part of the daily running of their offices. Be it managing correspondence and meetings, arranging key maintenance schedules, or assisting with the procurement of goods and services, you'll provide wide-ranging and exceptional administrative support.

You'll also assist with records management and maintaining databases, which, in turn, will help the team organise centuries of history.

Your knowledge will develop in the role, and you'll be relied upon as a source of information, liaising with and helping colleagues across the organisation. Responding to a wide variety of queries in a timely manner will be a challenge, but you'll deliver an outstanding service every time.

An exceptional organiser with excellent time management skills and previous administrative experience, you're exactly who we’re looking for.

With capable IT skills, and accurate keyboard skills, you'll quickly learn to use a variety of IT programs.

With a keen eye for detail and drive to deliver faultless accuracy, you'll be confident processing large volumes of information.

More important, however, is your initiative and proactive approach to problem solving, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and queries.

You'll also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you're able to build professional relationships with a wide range of people.

With a flexible approach, you'll enjoy working as part of a close knit team in order to achieve results.
