Joining our friendly Warehouse team based in Windsor Castle Home Park, you'll help process delivery orders for Royal Collection Trust Retail, sending items to people all around the world.

You'll be responsible for fulfilling customer e-commerce and home delivery orders, making sure every customer receives the best possible service.

From packing orders to ensuring all paperwork is correct, you'll prepare every order efficiently and to time.

You'll also provide our Warehouse team with exceptional administrative support. As a key point of contact, you'll deal with telephone queries and process supplier delivery bookings.

In a busy environment, professionalism and teamwork will be essential. You'll aim to deliver the highest standards in all that you do.

Previous experience of e-commerce fulfilment would be an asset but is not essential.

Your natural teamwork skills are much more important, and you'll be happy to get involved and help your colleagues from across the team.

With strong organisational skills, you're able to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet daily deadlines, even when things get busy.

Attention to detail is also important, and together with good numeracy and literacy skills, you're confident processing orders accurately and efficiently.

With good administration skills, and a committed and flexible approach, you'll be an asset to the team.

Due to the location of the warehouse and the limited public transport access, it would be beneficial if you had your own transport.
