As HR systems lead, you'll mainly focus on the management of our iTrent HR/Payroll system, but will also actively support our other technologies, including our online recruitment, learning management, performance management and benefits systems.

No two days will be the same. As well as day-to-day maintenance, upgrades and trouble-shooting, you'll work proactively with HR colleagues to suggest and implement system enhancements; manage relationships with suppliers, and help launch and embed digital projects.

This is a big challenge. And although some of our systems are well-established, there's always room for improvement and innovation is encouraged.

Data insights are used daily to inform operational decisions as well as strategic planning and future modelling. As an expert in system reporting and data analytics, you'll write scheduled and ad hoc reports, and will support HR colleagues with complex data analysis and presentation.

And as you support others, you'll have exceptional opportunities to grow your own career. We don't stand still here; and your ideas will make an impact at the heart of this world-famous institution.

Digitally fluent and with a really great understanding of HR / Payroll and business intelligence systems, preferably Midland Trent and Business Objects; you're the professional we need.

You'll also ideally have experience of online recruitment systems, Learning Management systems and other HR self-service digital technologies.

With exceptional systems reporting, analytics and advanced Excel skills, you'll know how to use HR systems and data to provide insightful MI.

Used to implementing system upgrades and improvements, you'll know how to prepare functional specs, work with different stakeholders and manage end-to-end testing activities. Experience of project management would also be an advantage.

A natural communicator and collaborator used to working with varied internal colleagues as well as systems providers and other specialists; you'll hit the ground running.

Organised and pro-active, with lots of initiative and an ability to work at pace, you'll juggle a varied reactive and project-based workload, effectively balancing priorities.

With an eye for detail, curiosity and a critical eye, you'll ensure data is accurate and you will be comfortable presenting a range of management information and reports for varied audiences.

And being knowledgeable and interested in business tech developments, with agility and resourcefulness, you'll look to continually review and improve the delivery of our Digital HR services.
