The Household of HRH The Duke of York consists of a dedicated team of professionals who support and manage the delivery of HRH's official programme and the initiatives founded by HRH, including the Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award (iDEA).

iDEA is an international programme that helps people to develop digital, enterprise and employability skills through a series of online challenges.

As Design Assistant for iDEA, you will create a range of engaging materials for print and online use.

You will help align the visual identity of iDEA across all platforms, from brochures and posters to event branding and social media graphics.

You will also support iDEA’s learners, organisers and partners through your creative design as well as your operational support, answering queries via the CRM system, helping with outreach activities and managing logistics.

The variety of work will both develop and expand your technical skills and using your creativity to help increase engagement with the initiative will drive you to deliver.

With a relevant degree or equivalent experience, you have previously worked in a design role and will be keen to develop your career further.

You will proficient across the full Adobe CC Suite. Photography, image retouching and animation skills would be an advantage.

An aesthetic eye and strong attention to detail will be vital. What’s more, you will be able to apply your creativity skills to suit a brief, designing materials for a wide range of audiences.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as being a team player, enabling you to build positive working relationships with a variety of colleagues.

With a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise tasks, you will help deliver outstanding results.

Finally, you will have strong initiative and a pro-active approach, keen to take on the range of opportunities this role presents.
