It's knowing you're helping to promote a world-class art collection to a worldwide audience.

It's learning and contributing at the same time, and it's playing your part in encouraging millions to enjoy magnificent buildings and works of art. This is what makes a role with Royal Collection Trust so   different.

The Director of Communications and Business Development manages our Press, Marketing, Online Infrastructure, and Ticket Sales & Information teams.

You'll provide vital PA and administrative support to the Director, while also assisting with a range of communications activities.

Whether you're arranging meetings, responding to enquiries on behalf of the Director or managing   information and filing systems, you'll be an important central point of contact within the organisation.

A key responsibility is project-managing the production of our Annual Report. Liaising with both internal colleagues and external partners, you'll gather and edit content, commission photography, and oversee design and production.

You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills by working alongside the Communications teams, helping at press views, photo shoots and filming sessions, creating content for our website and assisting with   internal communications initiatives.

No two days will be the same, but you'll enjoy the fast-paced and varied workload, while helping to engage the widest possible audience with the work of Royal Collection Trust.

With a degree or equivalent qualification, and excellent planning and IT skills, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You'll already have experience of diary management, and you're adept at handling multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.

What's more, we can rely on you to anticipate needs and work effectively even during the busiest times.

Enthusiastic, flexible and with abundant initiative, you are always willing to get involved and have an eagerness to learn.

A confident communicator, you enjoy working with a wide range of people, and you'll know how to represent us with credibility.

With outstanding written communication skills and unfailing attention to detail, you'll be keen to demonstrate your creativity and flair.

This is a great opportunity to use your organisational skills and passion for cultural heritage to deliver the exceptional.

In return you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a 15% employer contribution pension scheme (with the option for flexibility - to increase contributions or draw down as salary), lunch provided, with training and development, as well as a range of recreational facilities.
