Cook

Working in the Household of TRH The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester as Cook, you will have responsibility for preparing and cooking daily meals, as well as the monitoring and replenishment of food supplies for the household.

On a day-to-day basis, you will prepare meals for the Principals and guests, as well as lunch for a small team of employees.  On occasion, you will have the opportunity to cook for events such as lunches and dinner parties.

You will ensure the upkeep of your working environment, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen and refrigeration areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your already strong cooking abilities and gain valuable experience in the running of a small kitchen.

Ideally you will hold a City and Guilds catering qualification, Food Hygiene Certificate and have excellent skills in cookery.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, and feel confident cooking for varied occasions.
