Joining our L&D team as our digital learning specialist, you’ll help to take our systems and content catalogue to the next level, as well as explore new ways to engage employees via digital and virtual learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a super-user of our Learning Management System, providing essential support and training to users and administrators.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Learning Management System, working closely with suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content and materials, incorporating e-learning, video, graphics, and animation to captivate our diverse audience.
  • Manage new additions and updates to the digital learning catalogue.
  • Maintain the e-learning library of content including SCORM content.
  • Be a source of expert advice to HR People Partners in recommending best fit digital learning solutions to support their business areas.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience as a Learning Management System Superuser, with familiarity in Virtual Learning Environments.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adapt.
  • Strong design skills and the ability to create engaging learning content across various digital formats.
  • A passion for digital solutions and a commitment to delivering blended learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
