The magnificence of Windsor Castle attracts millions of people from across the world every year. Whether they’re selling the ticket that starts it all, or sharing information to enhance a visit, our Ticket Sales team helps ensure an exceptional experience.

Working closely with the Head of Visitor Services, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Castle's Admissions Centre.

Whether you're delivering daily briefings, managing rotas or reviewing ticketing procedures, you'll lead and inspire your team to deliver to their very best.

You'll oversee presentation and security, whilst also seeking to maximise sales opportunities.

Collaboration across our sites is key to ensuring consistency, so you'll work closely with colleagues in London and Edinburgh to set challenging KPIs, and seek every opportunity to further enhance our customer service levels and exceed sales targets.

You'll also provide expert advice as the Admissions Centre undergoes redevelopment. Responsible for leading the team through a period of change during the project, you'll maintain the delivery of an outstanding ticket sales and information service.

And in all that you do, you'll aim to deliver results that truly matter.

With previous experience managing a large team in a customer-service environment, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You'll already have a strong track record of meeting sales and service targets, ideally in a ticketing environment.

What's even more impressive is your enthusiasm to improve the visitor experience, and ability to embed new ideas and processes to do so.

Organised and flexible in approach, you're adept at managing a varied workload, and we can rely on you to work effectively even during the busiest times.

You lead by example, and you know how to get the best out of a team, inspiring them to deliver to the highest standards.

You're able to adapt your communication style to persuade and influence others, and you'll enjoy engaging with a range of people across our talented team.

You're also highly capable when it comes to IT, and confident using a variety of systems.
