It's providing the support that will help secure the future of a world class Collection

It's maintaining and supporting a unique institution. It's becoming part of something special. And it’s helping millions enjoy magnificent buildings and beautiful art. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

As part of a small and newly formed team, you'll support the work of the Head of Development in initiating and sustaining relationships with an international group of supporters.

Your role will be to manage the administration for the Development team, ensuring that they're able to secure support for projects and activities at Royal Collection Trust.

You’ll conduct research, co-ordinate varied meetings and events, and provide logistical support with travel arrangements and itineraries.

You'll also help with budget management and database maintenance. You'll be relied on to deliver faultless accuracy in all you do, and deadlines will often be demanding.

But not only will you rise to the challenge, you’ll also grow your skills in an environment where training is commonplace.

You'll already have some administrative experience, and as a capable organiser with lots of initiative, you're exactly who we're looking for.

A professional and confident communicator, you'll enjoy building relationships with a wide range of internal colleagues and external people alike.

You'll have really good IT skills, ideally having worked with database systems before, and your attention to detail will be second to none.

Able to work independently, you work well under pressure and can prioritise your workload effectively to meet tight deadlines.

What's more, you're a real team player, and can work flexibly in order to support your colleagues.

This is a small but growing function, and so you'll be keen to develop your skills alongside the workload.

This is your opportunity to use your skills and proactive approach to deliver the exceptional.
