The Privy Purse & Treasurer’s Office is a diverse professional team that enables the Royal Household to operate as a business.

Joining a small yet dedicated administrative team at the heart of this department, you’ll provide comprehensive EA and business support to the Deputy Treasurer.

The Deputy Treasurer has a wide-ranging remit, responsible for the financial management of the Royal Household, as well as ultimate   oversight of the IT, Information Assurance and Finance teams.

No two days will be the same and you'll, priorities tasks in a fast paced environment, managing multiple requests, ever changing diaries, meetings and appointments.

As secretary for a number of board meetings you’ll be responsible for preparing documents and co-ordinating with attendees across the organisation as well as external executives.

In a role of unique variety, you’ll liaise daily at a senior level and building relationships with colleagues and external organisations.

You'll also support the wider finance team and be responsible for the overall smooth running of the offices.  

Deadlines will often be demanding and the sheer range of requests will stretch you. Yet, in all that you do, you'll rise to the challenge of delivering faultless accuracy.

As an experienced EA at board level, ideally for a Senior Finance Manager or within the Finance Industry, you take pride in delivering to the highest standards.

With superb interpersonal and communication skills, you'll be at ease working as part of a team, and can liaise with people at all levels.

With initiative and a confident approach, you'll work quickly and efficiently with minimal direction, remaining calm and organised even when under pressure.

Having had experience of complex diary management, you'll be capable of pre-empting situations, and also be confident to make informed decisions on the back of this.

Confident using a range of IT packages, and with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail, you'll be capable of producing a range of papers, presentations, correspondence and reports.
