It's supporting the team who bring the future closer to history

It's an experience like no other. And it's researching, sharing and bringing to life one of the world's greatest and most diverse art collections. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

Unique in both quality and diversity, the Royal Collection has a fascinating history, and our Learning Section is responsible for sharing its stories in ways that engage, surprise and inspire.

As the Learning Administrator, you'll be part of a team that helps curators translate history into exciting and thought-provoking events, by co-ordinating programmes that reach a wide range of audiences. Here’s what you can expect in the role:

  • With previous administration experience, you’ll ensure a smooth operation for both the Windsor and London Learning teams by providing exceptional support and maintaining a digital filing system
  • Whether you're assisting at events, organising content for online audiences, or helping to prepare interpretive resources, you'll oversee the London learning events diary as well as organising high-level learning meetings.
  • Creating innovative content for social media and other digital platforms, you’ll co-ordinate the photography for events and will help develop exciting marketing initiatives.
  • As the main point of contact for queries, you'll be immersed in the world of Learning. Liaising with colleagues at different locations, you'll also be vital in bringing various components together to ensure collaboration and consistency across our sites.
  • What's more, you'll play a key role in the future of our programmes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping the team offer an outstanding learning experience for all.

And, whoever the audience, you'll ensure a quality of learning that never falters.

With substantial administrative experience and excellent organisational skills, you're exactly who we're looking for.

You may have worked in a heritage environment before, however your ability to master a diverse range of information means that this isn’t essential.

With good numeracy skills, you’ve provided administrative assistance with financial budgets and can prepare reports.

A natural problem-solver, you're able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder expectations and external partners.

You'll also be a confident communicator, who is able to build rapport with all kinds of people, both internally and externally.

Above all though, with a varied workload, your keen eye for detail means that you always deliver with faultless accuracy, even when deadlines are tight.

This is your opportunity to use your organisation and communication skills to deliver the exceptional.

Interviews are expected to take place in the week commencing 13th June
