It's bringing future generations closer to a fascinating past.

It’s becoming part of something special. And it’s the satisfaction of interpreting and presenting one of the world’s greatest art collections. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

The Royal Collection has a uniquely rich and engrossing history. Your challenge will be to make sure that its stories are told in ways that engage, surprise and inspire adult audiences.

Collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners alike, you'll plan and manage all adult learning provision at our London sites, as well as leading interpretation projects at The Queen's Gallery, Royal Mews and Buckingham Palace.

Whether you're building new partnerships, hosting learning events or developing content for our multimedia guides, you'll take every opportunity to enhance the profile and range of our adult learning opportunities.

Curious and forward thinking, you'll also analyse data and evaluate programmes, to ensure we're attracting and captivating the widest possible adult audience.

And in everything you do, you'll seek new ways to bring the splendour of the Royal Collection alive.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, and with previous experience managing learning programmes in a museum or gallery environment, you're exactly who we're looking for.

With your creativity and innovative approach, you know how to develop immersive learning events for adult audiences.

A natural communicator, you enjoy engaging with a range of people, and you're able to build collaborative working relationships that last.

Organised and detail focused, yet flexible in approach, you're able to deliver projects to often tight deadlines.

Above all, you have a passion for imparting and making specialist knowledge accessible to adult visitors.

This is your opportunity to use your passion for learning and ability to inspire curiosity to deliver the exceptional.
