It's supporting the team to deliver extraordinary events

It's the sheer variety of the challenges you'll face. And it's providing the support that can push things forward. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

As an official Royal residence, Windsor Castle plays host to a wide range of events throughout the year. From State occasions and formal receptions to internal employee events and meetings, the Master of the Household's team is responsible for their end-to-end delivery.

Ensuring a high quality output and guest experience is at the very forefront of our approach. And as Events Co-ordinator you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Managing all event bookings, you'll use events management systems to advise on requirements, schedule activities, co-ordinate logistics and monitor timescales and budgets. You'll also liaise closely with all operational teams and external contractors to ensure every event is delivered to requirements.

Keeping up with a busy schedule will be critical. And you'll play a vital role within the department, effectively communicating event information to all operational teams and event organisers.

And although your focus will be events at Windsor Castle, you'll work closely with teams based at the other Royal residences, and will help to support evening events across all of our sites.

Having already worked within hospitality and with some knowledge of delivering events to a high standard you'll be passionate about further developing your career in this field.

Driven by deadlines and with exceptional organisational skills, you're able to think on your feet and adapt to handle multiple priorities with ease.

Approachable and customer focused, you're able to build good working relationships with internal and external customers, and balancing their varying needs effectively will ensure your success.

And with natural interpersonal skills you'll be confident liaising with a wide range of people and organisations at all levels.

IT literate and used to working with databases, you'll learn our specialist system with ease and will enjoy developing its reporting and planning capability.

With meticulous attention to detail and lots of initiative, you'll ensure every event plan is accurate and that the right people are involved.

Finally, you'll enjoy working as part of a diverse and talented team that operates across different locations, collaborating to achieve shared results.

This is your opportunity to use your passion for events and proactive approach to deliver the exceptional.

In return you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a 15% employer contribution pension scheme (with the option for flexibility to increase contributions or draw down as salary) and support for your continued professional development.
