Through our permanent and seasonal shops, and a growing eCommerce business, our retail operation generates revenue that is directly invested into the care and conservation of The Royal Collection.

Joining the team as the head of our eCommerce activity, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our online retail to encourage sales.

You’ll improve our overall commercial presence. Providing expert guidance to the Retail Director and wider organisation, you’ll lead the team in making sure our eCommerce activity reaches its full potential.

As the key driver of the online retail strategy, you’ll look after everything from finding new opportunities to enhance the online customer experience, to ensuring our social media platforms and digital marketing are both engaging and inspiring.

Building awareness of our brand will be key. And you’ll encourage customer acquisition and sales by using innovative ways to help us stand out from our competitors.

Whether you’re managing budgetary spend, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation or looking after the learning and development needs of your team, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional online service.

And, in an environment that’s constantly evolving, you’ll make sure we’re never left behind.

Educated to degree level and already having substantial experience in eCommerce, you’re exactly who we need.

You’ve worked in a multi-channel retail business before and have a commercial awareness that’s second-to-none.

IT savvy, and a keen social media user, you’re used to working with various online platforms. Your natural creative flair means you are able to think innovatively and create exceptional promotional material for all kinds of organisations.

With a successful track record of delivering projects, you're able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you can build great working relationships and know how to get the best out of people.

You’re also used to working with budgets and can develop and monitor financial plans. And, with an outstanding eye for detail, you always deliver with faultless accuracy.

But, what’s more, your proactivity means you’re always pushing things forward.
