The Household of HRH The Duke of York consists of a dedicated team of professionals who support and manage the delivery of HRH's official programme.

Providing exceptional financial admin support, your role as Office Assistant will be integral to the smooth running of the office.

You will take on a variety of tasks that will provide you with a firm grounding in financial procedures, from preparing and processing invoices to maintaining records and database systems.

Beyond this, you will develop your skills by dealing with a variety of external organisations and also supporting the office with the management of GDPR.

You will have good numeracy skills and confidence working with numbers.

You will also be IT literate with a good knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly in Excel.

With excellent organisation skills, you will be able to manage and prioritise a range of tasks and projects to tight deadlines.

A strong attention to detail will also be important to deliver consistently accurate results.

You will have good and adaptable communication skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships with a variety of colleagues.

Finally, you will have an enthusiastic and pro-active approach, will enjoy using your initiative and will be keen to take on the range of opportunities this role presents.
