It’s the satisfaction of opening a newly printed book

It's the opportunities to learn new skills. And it's helping to support one of the world's largest art collections. This is what a career with Royal Collection Trust means.

Royal Collection Trust publishes thought-provoking, beautifully designed and printed books to the highest editorial standards, working with one of the world's greatest art collections.

Working at the heart of our small and talented Publishing team, you'll provide wide ranging administrative support for our academic and commercial publishing programmes.

From guide books and children's stories, to specialist books, catalogues raisonnés and online content, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of exciting publications.

No two days will be the same. You'll manage diaries and databases, co-ordinate meetings and event logistics, as well as supporting commercial publication projects and re-publication schedules,.

And while you support others, you'll have exceptional opportunities to develop your own career. You'll learn everything there is to know about fine art printing and publishing, from negotiating with authors and photographers, to selling rights and understanding print design.

But you'll also support our sales and marketing activities. As well we monitoring sales and inventory, you'll prepare marketing and advertising material, and create irresistible content to promote our products and enhance our presence through online and social media channels.

Exploring future sales and promotional opportunities, you may even identify brand new avenues for us, growing your knowledge of the industry along the way.

Educated to degree level, with a passion for publishing and a real desire to develop a career in the field, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Your precision with figures, high standard of literacy and keen eye for detail will ensure your spreadsheets, grammar and proofreading are always 100% reliable.

You'll need to be meticulously organised as well. Driven by deadlines but adaptable to changing needs, you'll remain calm and collected even when juggling a range of priorities and projects.

With natural interpersonal skills and a confident communicator, you enjoy working with all kinds of people, and can quickly build great working relationships.

Although at your best working in a team, you'll also bring proactivity and initiative, meaning you can be relied upon to get things done single handedly.

You'll also be IT savvy, confident using a range of Microsoft applications and possibly In-Design. And you'll be comfortable working with spreadsheets and database systems.

And although we'll provide all the training you'll need, you must bring enthusiasm, commitment and a real willingness to learn.
