It's conserving the past, while developing its future

It's working as one to deliver impressive projects. And it’s the pride in leading a team at the heart of a world famous institution. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

The size, complexity and heritage of the Royal residences will present you with some truly fascinating and often unique challenges.

Joining our professional and expert in-house team, you'll manage an extremely varied portfolio of major projects across the Royal estate in Windsor.

From preparing specifications and schedules of work, to the appointment of contractors and final handover to the operations team, you'll ensure all activities are managed to schedule, budget and to the highest standards.

Every day, like every project, will be different. A vital interface, working closely with colleagues and contractors, you'll ensure your projects consider the needs of a diverse range of internal stakeholders. These are busy working buildings; exceptional communication and planning will therefore be critical so that our calendar of events and operations can continue.

And although our processes and ways of working are well established, there is always room for improvement. With each new project, you'll have exceptional opportunities to grow your own career. We don't stand still here; and your ideas will make an impact at the heart of our world-famous institution.

Chartered, with relevant qualifications and project management experience, ideally gained within historic occupied buildings, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Expert at   managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including procurement, financial governance and contract management, you'll have the skills to deliver a varied range of property challenges.

Organised, pro-active and with lots of initiative, you'll know how to juggle a varied portfolio, and can adapt to tight deadlines and changing circumstances.

With good analytical skills, pragmatism and pro-activity, you're used to anticipating issues and coming up with innovative solutions.

Digitally fluent, organised and with an eye for detail, your record keeping and administration are second-to-none.

A natural communicator and collaborator used to working with colleagues, contractors and in-house teams, you'll quickly build credibility at all levels.

An internal customer champion, with agility and resourcefulness, you'll deliver projects that everyone will be proud about.
