The Royal Travel Office is a small team tasked with providing the highest standard of travel advice and logistical support to all parts of the Royal Household.

You'll research, identify and plan the most efficient travel options. With responsibility for arranging employee travel and visas, as well as distributing daily travel schedules, you'll support the busy operations of this working household.

Liaising with experts from within the organisation and beyond, you'll consider budgets, safety and security to develop detailed travel plans ahead of UK and overseas visits, ensuring that they run seamlessly every time.

Deadlines will often be demanding and the pace will stretch you, yet you'll rise to the challenge and will be proud of the part you play.

An exceptional administrator with experience of air and rail travel logistics, you'll hit the ground running.

With high levels of attention to detail and fantastic time management skills, you're capable of preparing travel plans that run seamlessly.

With lots of initiative, you're able to think ahead to anticipate issues and you're able to think on your feet, applying sound judgement as well as your technical expertise to resolve problems, even when under pressure.

You have a strong customer focus, diplomacy and outstanding interpersonal skills, and can build effective working relationships at all levels to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

You're at your best when working as part of a small team, you'll bring a flexible approach making you a real asset to the Royal Travel Office.
