The Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood (CCOK) is responsible for administering the Orders of Chivalry, organising Investitures, Services and the distribution of British Insignia awarded by The Queen throughout the world.

You'll be responsible for the administration of the Orders of Chivalry. Be it coordinating events, preparing correspondence or dealing with enquiries, you'll provide vital support to the whole CCOK team.

You'll be a key point of contact, liaising with colleagues as well as external organisations and official bodies.

Supporting some key events in the annual ceremonial calendar, you will assist with the organisation of elements of the service and distribution of tickets.

Involved with every aspect of an event's organisation, you'll draft media materials, assist with Orders of Service, and prepare invitations.

You will be proud of the part you play in the team and aim for the highest standards in all that you do.


You'll have previous administration experience as well as some events involvement, and you're ready to take on a new challenge.

It's a busy team with a varied workload, but with your logical and methodical approach, you're used to prioritising your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

You will have great IT skills and an understanding of MS Office packages, you’ll also be equipped to use our database systems.

With a keen eye for detail, you will aim for, and achieve, the highest standard in all your written work.

You're an excellent communicator, so you'll be able to work well with both internal and external colleagues.
