This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but dynamic team who provide IT training to over 1600 users, and support the continued development of IT capability across this uniquely varied organisation.

A big part of your role will be to plan and co-ordinate the IT training calendar, managing the booking system and ensuring a wide variety of courses run to schedule.

You'll also ensure every new employee is properly equipped and trained to use the IT systems, by developing and delivering the IT induction programme.

Maintaining up-to-date training records will be important, and you'll manage a variety of requests and queries on a daily basis.

Alongside administrative support, you'll also assist the team by promoting upcoming training courses across the organisation. And, by collecting feedback from colleagues, you'll help monitor success and suggest improvements for the future. 

Previous experience in the delivery of training courses would be an asset, but is not essential. What's most important is that you're a confident and professional communicator, who feels at ease liaising with individuals at all levels.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office 2016 and/or Office 365 tools and Microsoft Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 is essential, and you'll be able to pass on your knowledge to people with varying IT competency.

Enthusiastic, customer focused in approach, you'll use initiative to promptly and effectively handle a wide range of queries.

Above all, your excellent organisation skills and methodical approach will mean you're able to consistently meet, and surpass, household training targets.
