It's knowing that your typical morning has made someone's amazing day.

It's feeling inspired to deliver the very highest standards, and it's ensuring great achievement is acknowledged. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

The Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood (CCOK) are responsible for managing Honours awarded by The Queen, as well as organising award ceremonies that celebrate the achievements and successes of people throughout the world.

In this role, you’ll handle the administration behind Honours and Investitures.

You’ll liaise closely with Government Bodies to help produce and publish the Bi-Annual Honours Lists. You’ll then prepare the subsequent invitations and correspondence to individuals, whilst also helping to plan the busy schedule of Investitures.

Integral in the organisation of these important ceremonies, you’ll create event programmes and work with varied colleagues to coordinate each Investiture, and you’ll be there on the day to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Also assisting with the admin for Orders of Chivalry, Services for Orders and the distribution of British Insignia, you'll give vital support to the whole CCOK team.

You will be proud of the part you play in the team and aim for the highest standards in all that you do.
