It's knowing your content will be viewed by millions

It's finding new ways to maintain The Queen's presence in the public eye and on the world stage. This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional.

The Royal Communications team actively promotes the work, role, relevance and value of The Royal Family to a worldwide audience. Joining the fast-paced and dynamic digital team, you'll help to manage the daily news flow across digital and social media platforms.

Working alongside digital media specialists, you'll create content for social networking and digital platforms, as well as researching and writing feature articles.

Whether you're helping to cover a state visit, award ceremony or Royal engagement, you'll make sure our digital channels consistently spark interest and engage a range of audiences.

And with an eye to the future, you'll help hone and shape our digital communications through your use of analytics and interest in new technologies.

The reaction to our work is always high-profile, and so reputation and impact will be at the forefront of all that you do. And having your work shared around the world will be the biggest reward.

With knowledge of established and emerging social media platforms, you'll be keen to expand your experience.

Digitally fluent, with great written skills and attention to detail, you'll be able to create high quality content for a range of digital channels, whilst understanding how to maximise benefits and minimise risks.

Solid analytical skills, data-driven thinking and an interest in new technologies, you'll assess and recommend how best we can increase our online reach.

Photography and video production skills would also be highly desirable, but not essential as some training can be provided. It's your creative outlook and eye for design that we're most interested in.

Organised and pro-active, with lots of initiative and an ability to work at pace, you'll juggle a varied workload and respond quickly to changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.

A natural communicator with a genuine user focus, you're self-assured liaising effectively with a broad spectrum of people on a daily basis. And you're at your best working within a small, supportive team.

This is your opportunity to gain digital experience to deliver the exceptional.
