Joining the heart of our central team in a new position, you'll have oversight of all our retail systems.

You'll become an expert in our varied platforms, developing both the role and your own skills simultaneously.

Responsible for everything from systems administration and maintenance, to leading on new initiatives and improvement plans, no two days will be the same.

First-line support will be a daily priority to ensure our retail teams can meet their sales targets and deliver an exceptional service. You'll help to troubleshoot any problems that arise and work on solutions to get things back on track, collaborating with external providers when necessary.

Beyond this, you'll work proactively with colleagues, thinking about future developments and upgrades to improve the overall retail experience.

Whether you're assisting with stock take procedures, overseeing the installation of our seasonal summer shops, or preparing recovery plans, you'll provide a vital underpin across all of our operations.

Both your day-to-day and development work will stretch your technical ability. And in everything you do, you'll look for ways to help the retail function reach its maximum potential.

With previous experience in an IT or technical support role and excellent knowledge of retail technologies, you're exactly who we need. Familiarity with relevant systems, such as Magento and Point of Sale gateways will also be important.

A methodical and pragmatic problem solver, you'll easily apply your versatile IT skills to troubleshoot the varied technical queries that will come your way.

In such a busy team being able to work under pressure is key, but your well organised approach and ability to work to deadlines mean you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Analytical and with attention to detail that's second-to-none you have a faultless accuracy with figures.
