As a Retail Assistant, you’ll use your customer service skills to engage with and serve visitors and promote the products we have on offer. After training you’ll have the skills to excel in your position, helping your team reach sales targets in support of our charitable aims.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a personalised touch, offering informed advice about our exquisite range of products.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a consistently friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Efficiently replenish stock on the shop floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

What You'll Bring:

• A naturally friendly, welcoming and professional attitude.
• Motivation and drive to reach targets.
• Proven team player, able to work flexibly and adapt to a variety of tasks
• Good numeracy and computer literacy skills.
• The ability to work on your feet for much of the day.
• Customer service/sales experience is desired but not essential.

Additional Information:

Contracts and Hours: Your contract will run from 25th July until 1st October 2024.

All candidates will be notified if they have been successful by 30th April.

Guaranteed Hours: You are guaranteed to work a minimum of 240 hours. Following the required period of paid training, you will typically work 30 – 35 hours per week, over 5 days out of 7, and you will be required to work regular weekends.

Part-time Consideration: We are open to considering part-time contracts (3 or 4 full working days per week).
