It's knowing you're contributing to the future of a world class collection

It's the sheer variety of the challenges you'll face. And it's maintaining the vibrancy of a fascinating collection in the public's eye. This is what makes a career with Royal Collection Trust exceptional.

Royal Collection Trust is responsible for the care and preservation of the Royal Collection and its presentation to the public. It undertakes its activities without recourse to public funds.

Working alongside a small team, you will secure support for specific areas of Royal Collection Trust's charitable activities.

Responsible for a varied portfolio of partners, ranging from individual donors to other trusts, foundations and commercial organisations, you'll represent Royal Collection Trust at face-to-face meetings to establish and maintain long term relationships.

Working closely with colleagues in the Development team, you'll also identify opportunities for new fundraising events, and produce compelling proposals to secure support.

The challenges will stretch you, but you'll be supported every step of the way. And you'll gain real satisfaction knowing that your work will help maintain this unique collection for future generations.

Please note that there are two positions available, a permanent contract and also a one year fixed-term contract.

A graduate with a proven record of success in a results-orientated environment, you're ready to make the impact we need.

You'll have exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, and will be confident establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals and organisations.

A natural collaborator and at your best in a team, you enjoy working with internal colleagues to achieve shared goals. Organised and flexible in approach, you're able to use your initiative in order to meet deadlines and targets.

With an articulate, persuasive and accurate written style, you'll know how to draft compelling proposals and reports.

Driven, pro-active and tenacious, you're keen to seek out new opportunities, and will have great influencing and negotiation skills.
