Our exceptional Ticketing and Sales team sell millions of tickets every year and play a vital part in every visitor's experience.

Managing the day-to-day operations of our busy Contact Centre, you'll inspire and motivate the team to meet daily targets, whilst ensuring they also provide an exceptional customer experience. Analysing sales, call distribution and communication channels, you'll aim to constantly drive improved performance in our services too.

Visible and open, you'll make sure the team has the information they need to meet the day's demands, and you'll act as a key point of contact for queries.

Above all, you'll help to recruit, coach and train team members, monitor progress and support their ongoing personal development, inspiring them to deliver to their very best.

And in all that you do, you'll aim to deliver results that truly matter.

With a strong track record of managing a team in a target-driven, customer service environment, you're exactly who we're looking for.

With a hands-on management style, coaching skills and a passion for sales, you'll know how to get the best out of a team, inspiring them to achieve results.

You're a natural team player who is confident communicating with all kinds of people.

You're extremely capable when it comes to IT, confident using a range of systems and with good numeracy skills too.  

Used to working at pace, you'll be able to remain calm under pressure and use good judgement to resolve a range of queries and problems.

And with outstanding organisation skills, you'll meet deadlines and work flexibly even at our busiest times.
