It's knowing you're contributing to the future of a world renowned collection

It's the sheer variety of the challenges you'll face. And it’s helping millions enjoy magnificent buildings and beautiful art. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

As Events Assistant in the Development team, you'll play a key role in supporting the charitable aims of Royal Collection Trust through the planning and delivery of an annual programme of events and receptions.

You'll work alongside the Events Coordinator in managing a wide ranging schedule of events and activities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every time.

Keeping up with a busy schedule will be critical. And you'll be a central point of liaison within the team, effectively communicating event information to all operational teams and event organisers.

Providing wide-ranging administrative support, be it co-ordinating invitations, helping with logistics or updating databases, you'll find that no two days are the same.

This is a small but growing function, and so you'll be keen to develop your skills alongside the workload.

This is your opportunity to use your administration skills and proactive approach to deliver the exceptional.
