Every year thousands of people from around the world visit Windsor Castle. Whether you're providing the ticket that starts it all, or sharing information to enhance their visit, you’ll be a vital part of each visitor’s experience.

As part of our outstanding and friendly team you’ll provide far more than just sales – engaging with your customers, answering their questions, and opening their eyes to the other experiences and opportunities we offer.

And in all that you do, you’ll aim to deliver a truly memorable level of service.

You'll have the ability to strike the perfect balance between sales and service while meeting ambitious targets.

You've worked in a busy, front-line sales environment before, so you're exactly who we're looking for.

You’re an excellent team player with a warm and friendly personality.

You're accurate and detail focused in your approach to work. Numeracy and a good level of computer literacy are important too.

This is your opportunity to use your personality and customer service skills to deliver the exceptional.
