Based at St James's Palace, you'll provide vital administrative and secretarial support to the Finance Director.

You'll be a central point of contact for daily activity, responsible for all correspondence and diary management, as well as effectively responding to varied queries.

Acting as Secretary to the Board of Trustees , and other Trustee level committees, you'll organise and coordinate meetings as well as prepare relevant papers, updates and minutes.

You'll also support the wider team, assisting with central administration, strategic reports and annual reviews. With exposure across the organisation you'll liaise daily at a senior level, and will build collaborative relationships with colleagues and external organisations alike.

An experienced PA or Administrator with exceptional attention to detail, you take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.

Excellent written skills will be vital and you'll be fully confident taking accurate and succinct minutes for Board meetings.

With adaptable and professional communication skills, you're able to liaise effectively with a variety of colleagues and senior management.

You'll be experienced in using a range of IT packages, and along with excellent report drafting skills you'll be capable of producing a range of papers, presentations and reports.

Highly organised with some experience of diary management and event support, you handle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease, even when under pressure.

What's more, with good judgement and initiative you'll be comfortable working with minimal direction, pre-empting situations, and making informed decisions on the back of this.

And with a proactive approach, you'll enjoy working alongside colleagues across the Royal Collection Trust to achieve results.
