Our outstanding Visitor Services team help millions of people from across the world enjoy the magnificent buildings and works of art at Windsor Castle.

You’ll take on a role of true diversity, overseeing our visitor operations to ensure the highest quality of visitor experience at Windsor Castle.

You'll take the lead overseeing all aspects of day-to-day management and delivery of public-facing activity.

You'll develop a thorough understanding of the complexities of our site, before using your expertise to make recommendations that will improve our overall operations.

Presentation, admissions, visitor feedback, compliance and business continuity will all fall into your remit. And as part of the Windsor Castle Senior Management team, you’ll strive for continuous improvement, undertaking new initiatives and projects that will drive us forward.

We aim to deliver the exceptional every day and it permeates into everything we do. You'll help inspire that by leading our 200 strong team, developing future ambassadors for The Royal Collection by encouraging them to learn, engage and work together to delight our visitors.

Working with senior managers across the Household, your challenge will be to balance the use of the Castle as an official residence and as an international visitor destination.

You’ll be an experienced operations manager, ideally having overseen a large tourist attraction, and will have the knowledge needed to balance both operational and strategic aspects of Visitor Services.

Commercially focused, you're able to provide evidence of increasing visitor numbers, income and improving the overall visitor experience.

Outstanding people leadership qualities will be vital, you'll direct, develop and manage a team with confidence. What’s more, your energy and proactivity will inspire and motivate those around you to deliver the very best visitor service.

With outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, you build strong, lasting relationships, and enjoy working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experienced at leading complex projects, you're able to identify and mitigate risks, commission third-parties, manage budgets and drive successful delivery.

Bringing a creative yet pragmatic approach, you'll drive improvement and change in a busy environment effectively, prioritising activity based on organisational need.

Your initiative and problem solving ability will be highly valued, and your strong customer focus in all you do, will lead the team in delivering results of which to be proud.
