In this new role based at Windsor, you'll be the dedicated marketeer for the Castle. Working closely with marketing colleagues in London and teams across Royal Collection Trust, you'll deliver innovative campaigns across a range of media to grow the UK market and build strong relationships with local partners.
You'll also support wider communications and campaign activity by analysing market research and visitor data, contributing content for the Royal Collection Trust website and promoting our events programme.
There'll be numerous opportunities to use your initiative, expand your skills and make an immediate difference. You'll juggle advertising campaigns, the promotion of seasonal events and partnership projects with ease. The variety of this role is as challenging as it is rewarding.
You'll have a recognised marketing qualification and proven experience of managing consumer marketing campaigns, ideally within a tourist, cultural or heritage organisation, and will be looking for the next step in your career.
A natural communicator, you're skilled at developing a network of contacts and fruitful collaborations, and you'll know how to represent us with credibility.
You're a self-starter with lots of initiative, highly organised and flexible in your approach. You're adept at managing a varied workload to tight deadlines and with multiple stakeholders.
You're creative, have an eye for detail and always seek perfection in everything you do.
As part of a multi-location team, your ability to balance independent and collaborative working will be essential.
