As the first point of contact for all visitors, you’ll make sure that everyone has a smooth welcome and visit. You’ll also help co-ordinate diaries, as well as deliveries and travel arrangements for the team.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll grow in both knowledge and confidence, handling varied queries and correspondence.

It can be a busy environment, so it’s important that you have a flexible approach to your work, and can handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

You’re a  real team player, who will enjoy working alongside others as well as independently.

And most of all, you’ll proactively take every opportunity to develop your skills and deliver the exceptional.
