The Private Secretary’s Office sits at the heart of the Royal Household, advising His Majesty The King on constitutional, governmental, and political matters across the UK, Realms, and Commonwealth.
You will join the Secretariat, a dedicated team who provide analytical research, planning and policy guidance to The King's Private Secretaries and other Royal Household departments. From tracking engagements and overseas visits to producing reports on national and global issues, every detail is managed with precision.
In this role, you will provide effective and proactive Executive Assistant support to the Secretariat Director, by identifying, tracking and actioning critical tasks, helping to improve communication flow across the Department and wider organisation, as well as liaising with key stakeholders such as the UK and Commonwealth Realm Governments, the Armed Forces and charitable sector.
